Track Your Order

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email sent to you. 

Delivery Timeframes

As an approximate guide for deliveries:

Australia - allow up 2 -6 days.

International deliveries allow approximately 1-3 weeks.

Please note these time frames are approximate and based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.

​Once your order has been shipped, Snooky Bear can accept no responsibilty for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay cause by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or forsight. All orders will be delivered via safe drop, if nobody is home to receive it, unless selected otherwise at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the customers risk and Snooky Bear is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.
